|Title:||Supplier Partnership Manager|
Supplier OTIF Improvement – Identify key opportunities and barriers to improve Supplier OTIF metric. Develop, align and implement key strategies and action plans to deliver systemic and sustainable improvements. Leverage SAP to enable on-going supplier OTIF results visibility.
Supplier Lead Time Reduction – Identify key opportunities and barriers to improve Supplier Lead Time metric. Develop, align and implement key strategies and action plans to deliver systemic and sustainable improvements.
Supplier Scorecard Process – Develop and own Schwan Key Supplier Scorecard. Develop and implement Key Supplier feedback process to enable on-going results visibility and collaboration on improvement opportunities.
Supplier Relationship Management – Establish and maintain effective supplier relationships, with primary focus on key suppliers. Work collaboratively across organizational boundaries to enable on-going supplier partnerships and collaboration to enable business needs. Drive accountability internally at Schwan Cosmetics and externally with suppliers to enable delivery of key result areas: Quality, Service and Cost.
Supplier Quality Liaison – Partner with Schwan QA Team to enable and support supplier engagement and collaboration on QA improvement opportunities.
Perform other duties/projects, as required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required in the field of Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field. Bachelor’s degree outside of these related fields will be considered with appropriate documented SCM experience.
Experience: Minimum five (5) years of work experience in Supply Chain Management. SAP/ERP experience is a plus.
